I've decided to use an online coach for my first IM (AZ '07) and I'm looking at either Mark Allen online or Carmichael. I'd love to get some feedback from anyone who has used one or both of these programs - CTS is a little bit more expensive (but not by too much) and allows a little more coach-contact than Mark Allen. Any thoughts on the advantages/disaadvantages of either one? I'm currently trying the MarkAllenonline maintenance program for 3 weeks just to see how it works and whether or not I like it, but I have to admit I'm pretty intrigued by Carmichael as it seems to offer more resources...including direct coach contact with an assigned coach.
