Thinking about investing in a tri camp, specifically some swim instruction. I am improving on the bike and run but my swim sucks. I have used the T1 method and this has gotten me comfortable in the water, I can swim a length in 14-15 strokes, but its all slow. I am still a one side breather. My times are 29:45 for an OLY swim, and a really slow 1:37 IM swim time, I had planned for a 1:24 but ended up a whole lot slower.

What do I do now? I am efficient, but not even average. Help. :(

Not trying to be mean, but if you were efficient, you wouldn't be swimming that slow. Get a swim coach that will watch you swim and also get videotaped and then go watch that video and have him tell you what to correct. I took one swim lesson ($33 and about 2 hours with 5 other folks) and it took 3 minutes off of my oly time.
