Nutritional Goal Met!! YES!

As a practicing vegetarian, for over a month, I've tried to get my protein intake to become 30% of my cumulative caloric intake, and today, I finally got it there!
I used the Wild Harvest Soy Protein Powder (never done the powdered thing before this season)
Is soy better than whey protein? Or is whey better than soy protein?
Any thoughts?
