Felt Really Ambitious This PM

Okay, for the first time in nearly 2 months, I ran twice today.
I first did 6.5 in the AM, and felt a bit stiff. Then I felt so good at around 4pm, I did another 3.5 on the trails, and felt even better!
I am having intermittent muscle spasms, where I’ll be sitting and my leg will tighten up, and I have to really pound at it.
I still feel quite good- What should I do tomorrow for training? I am still coming back from an injury, and want to be prudent

since i replied to your last post about getting back into it, rest days, and injuries and such i'll give my opinion:
well freaking done man, haha. Thats awesome that your body is willing to get back out there and your mind is willing to take the 2x day workouts.

just remember that as a triathlete our biggest curse is overtraining. tease yourself a little, maybe do one run of 5 miles tommorow and do some weight training or go for a short swim. Then wednesday or thursday see how you feel and go from there. Alot of times you wont feel the affects of the prior workout until the second day (in my opinion) so play it safe.

I love this sport. I am grinning ear to ear right now. Because so many times, I open these threads with my training ideas, and fear being chewed up and yelled at. Thanks for the kind support
I am taking this AM off, with a run this afternoon. See what happens.
