Wow, you got a great deal!! I just bought a set of used Keo Sprints for $90, and they are nowhere near as expensive new as the Carbons - congrats!

Me too! Just added a new stem and handlebars this week to my sled...knocked off a half pound. Next up...Seat post and Keo sprints.

I got my DA pedals free with the bike!! As for future upgrades I'm keeping my eye's open for a Rolf Prima Vigor wheelset.
Upgrade of the day? New pedals!
I came across a set of slightly used Keo Carbons on Craigslist this week and decided to replace my old Look 296 pedals. I went to pick them up this afternoon at the guy's house and he comes to the door with the pedals in the original box, an extra set of unopened cleats and the cleat covers. Grand total? $80 :cool:
