It is curious that that guy would get himself a drafting penalty when he has the field smoked by 20 minutes. It doesn't help quite THAT much. But scrolling down, it looks like the draft marshalls handed out a lot of penalties...

if you goggle her .... she is a pro from the Ukraine .... she has several world championship races as a pro under her belt....no doubt she is fast. i see she has races in lots of euro countries. the guy who won is the same .... a pro but from canada. and the penalty could have been from something else other than drafting i'm not sure though.

Completed the 1/2 IM yesterday in clermont FL.
here are the results with out the splits ... it was SOOOOOOOOOO hot and the run was brutal hard. the first 7 miles were so hilly no shade it was hard. i flew off my bike on a down hill on the other side of sugar loaf, went head over handle bars into the side of the road . lucky it was grass.
i was 4th male overall.
