How quickly will IMLOU sell out???

Typically new IM races do not fill as quickly as say Lake Placid, Florida, Canada etc. IM CDA did not fill until Lake Placid sold out and IM AZ does not fill in the weeks following the registration opening. You should be fine but maybe you should have a pinch hitter like David Ortiz to put your mind at ease.

I'm registering for this, my 1st Ironman, and was wondering since we are central time here in west Tennessee, what time should you start getting online for 2:00 registration? Also, will the registration be done at active.com? Sorry for the dumb quetions, I just really want to get signed up.

I'm not sure how fast it will fill, but was a bit worried about it so registered myself and my boy (yeah, he knows I was going to) since he has class today and we wanted to be sure to get in.
Wooo! Should be a fun one. I love the not-knowing the course part. No really... it was one of the big draws of this race for me :)

Registration open for IM Louisville opens at 3pm edt. tomorrow. I will not be able to get to my computer until 7pm edt.
Will I be out of luck??? should I get a pinch hitter?
