Went out for my 7 miler today. Started out for about 2 mins on pavement, with minimal muscular support on leg. Stopped to adjust leg compression strap; This proved somewhat difficult and painful. Once on grass/trail, leg recovered, and pain never exceeded a threshold where I didn't have to limp, and could run well, though still way of this little "ick" in my recovering leg. I am running every other day now. What should I do?

Take it easy. Don't push your luck and chance or re- injuring yourself. I wouldnt excedd that 7 miles and that pace untill the pain isnt there. And of course, if the pain progresses, you need to back off. Returning from an injury is very frustrating, but you have to do it right or risk some consequences beyond the next month or so.

Life is short. Play hard and get dirty doing it.
