My new Cyclocross bike... finally done (PICS!)
How much time and $ did you spend at the end? Looks nice!
Hyperactive Trifueler!!!! (I refuse to let the status go :p)
Awesome. Just in time for cross season, no? I wish we had more packed roads and such to ride on down here. I would be all over the cross stuff.
Life is short. Play hard and get dirty doing it.
Sweet ride! Here's an offbeat question... What tubes are you using? I've been looking for long-stem presta cross tubes for my fixie.

As for price, beleive it or not the whole thing ran me less than 1800..
Almost everything was bought used or at cost through a shop sponsor..
as for the tubes... they are Salsa 700x28-32c superlight/48mm presta
I have an old Miyata bike I got new in 1987 and I have wanted to rehab it. I think after seeing your bike I might go the cyclocross way.
Any books or documentation that you would recommend? :D
Nothing to it, but to do it

That is beautiful! Cross is yet another sport I'd love to try someday.
Mud, Beer, Hairy legs, and tattooed girls from philly and the northeast... what's not to love.

So here after a summer of building... I finally finished my cross bike...
All is done but my empella brakes are still missing, I've put them on since the pic was taken.
Everything besides bar tape and the 42t Qring was bought used...
