I'm heading over to support the bro - just Chris racing this year, but I'm stoked cause he's gonna have an awesome race.

Anyone else heading over to compete or watch?

I wish I was going. I'm very excited for this years race, as we hosted two of the Ukranian pro men for a month of high altitude training. Hope it pays off for them!

Hey thanks BBB,
Hawaii is what? 3 hours behind us? So the race starts at 10am west coast time. Perfect.

I'll be online for the day.

Geoff
Now how do I record the online broadcast?

10 am huh? That's sweet! I was gonna take the day off and sit in front of the computer all day eating pizza and beer watching the race but now I can workout for 2 hrs before hand and THEN eat the pizza and beer. Yay!! :D

Yeah, I'll set up the trainer in front of the 'puter and
when those fish get out of the water it's Hawi here we come!

You guys in Hawaii will get to see them flood out of the water climb aboard their bikes and then it's Good-bye, see you in 4.5 hours and..
you can go shopping, or have second breakfast like good li'l Hobbits, or find an internet cafe from which to watch the race just like the rest of us.

I love watching Hawaii, but Ironmanlive is always pretty crappy on race day. They just can't seem to handle the bandwidth.

I hope they fix this up for the race this year because I really want to watch it.

If it is like previous years, there will be no live broadcast, just a short 60 or 90 minute show that will be on a few weeks later.

I am going to a luau (how do you spell that?) hosted by my tri club, the "free radicals". We are expecting 300 hard core triathletes. Should be way fun. We will watch the live broadcast, and have silly contests. Too bad Scott is not around, we could shave his legs.

I am cheering for Christophe Mauch and Ronnie Schildknecht, (listen for their names and remember they are Blitz's favorites.)
and of course Natascha. I hope the Swiss take all!!!
Tribro, I hope your brother does well and kicks butt!

Sounds like many of us will be in the computer watching it. Those that have MSN chat should be on it so we can talk during the race.
