Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional.
Welcome back!! Glad those are your only injuries. Thanks for keeping us safe.
So, how is the scene in El Paso? My parents just moved to Anthony, NM and I'll be down there a lot. If there is a tri scene, it'd be cool to join in on some training runs/rides, etc.
I wish you a speedy rehab!

I was kidding :p most races I am the token brother, but it is funny, I always get a good laugh while people are staring at me.

Maybe they're staring because they're trying to make out your race number... I know one of my races this year, there was a"token"black guy and I kept trying to make out his number. :o thinking what is the point of all the permanent ink if you can't see the number.
Seriously ;) do you get as excited about the body marking as other's do on this site. Maybe they should use a different color - like red...no wait that would blend in with my "race day" complexion. Hmmm.

:D Hello Trifuel family I am back! I have not been doing a lot of training (you should be able to figure that one out) since being deployed. I am recovering from petala tendonitis and a hamstring injury. I plan on training for IM Switzerland 07 once I move to El Paso Texas in December. Can't wait to get back to the forums and chat. Chow!
