Be sure to ask how to do them correctly. If you aren’t doing your butt kicks, high knees, etc. correctly it just loosens you up.

I'm on my highschool cross country team and training for Harrisburg Marathon in November, and I was wondering if any of you guys incorporate form drills after a run. Twice a week the XC team will do high knees, butt kicks, different types of lunges, and proper striding, but what else could I do to help out my running?
