Race belt is by far the quickest and esiest way to go.
You can pick them up at a running/tri store or online..

Sorry fellas but I ain't 'gotta clue what a race belt is and where I would get one online. I've done a few searches but ain't found nuttin'. Can someone stear me in the right direction?? Thanks for the help

a race belt is a simple elastic band with a plastic buckle on it. Some have little buttons that let you clip your bib number on it. Others, you just pin the number on the belt using safety pins. Some even have little pockets to store gels and tiny bottles.
Just look up "race belt" - you can order them online pretty easily.
They're very conveninent to use. You just clip the belt on before you take off on your run. no

I'm doing my first tri with a trisuit and I can figure how to put my number on quickly when I start the run. Stupid question I know but I 'gotta find out......Thanks for any help
