I haven't really found any yet. I was wondering if anyone has found one and really liked it. I currently run about 35 miles a week if that helps.

Hey there! Grew up in Westerville, and was back there in August for the Fat Rabbit Racing tri up at Alum Creek.

I'm personally a fan of Hal Higdon's running programs. Here's the link - he's got beginner, intermediate and advanced versions, with daily descriptions of why you're doing what you're doing. Hope this helps.

I'll second the Hal recomendation. I'm currently using the intermediate half program, and I really like it a lot.

ditto on Hal Higdon, he's got a large variety of beginner to expert training programs with a variety of distances and a lot of common sense as a training coach. I've done 6 marathons with his programs, countless half-marathons and followed his offseason and spring training programs as well. (his books are very well written as well)
