Just a little motivation........

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jpblb1FNmqY

The best line of the whole thing ha ha,

Johan says: "...three meters of snow. No way you can ride..."

Lance says: "Uh?....Who says that?"

Also check the time at 1:55, 2:00 and 2:32. Urlich looks down to check his chainring in amazement :D

I swear Lance is from space man!

I think I have seen that a hundred times. And it's still just awesome.

He makes it look so easy.
I want to see how he does in the NYC Marathon in a month.

There is a good interview with Lance in the new Runner's World. It seems like he wants to go under 2:55.

Yeah..good article and I love it when he says something to the effect of "Ironman...no way!"
But the best Motivation in the mag is the article about the 40 greatest moments in running...the folks I looked up to in my youth and a true source of inspiration.

The depressing part of that article is that he wants to go under 2:55 and yet his longest run to date is 8miles and basically is just going to rely on his unbelievable cycling fitness.

Not something to motivate as I shuffle along doing my slow-poke pace for 18 and 20miles at a time prepping for my marathons! :-)

On the other hand, the video rocked and was very motivational since it did show the hard side.

Well, he does have that inhuman VO2max which should carry him quite a ways.

I'm looking forward to seeing how a great cyclist does in a running race.
