okay, that is a sick looking bike...just too bad it came at the end of the season, but looking at that thing all winter should motivate you to some fast bike legs. Besides, you don't have any more excuses now. What were you on before? I noticed some Cervelo breaks on the BMC, so I am assuming you broke down a P2 or P3 to build up that bike.

Wesmeyer11: I tore down a P2C to build this. I bought the Cervelo a month ago and then the tri team that I started at school picked up a bike sponsorship from BMC. I couldn't pass up the chance to get the Time Machine for cheap. Suffice to say we get a huge discount on frames, so much of a discount that I can't say for fear that it will cause mass hysteria and perhaps rioting in the streets. Anyway, I got a great deal on it and some lucky buyer on eBay got a great deal on a nearly new, 1 month old P2C frame.

actually, I am riding the P2C as well, hence my familiarity with those breaks.

When convenient, would you mind doing a little comparo between the two? I guess my biggest question would be how is the feel of the aluminum / carbon bybrid as compared to the all carbon P2C? Also, are there any other glaring differences between the two? They both are darn good bikes so I imagine that there wouldn't be, but if there were....

Oh believe me I want the HED aerobars, thei're my IDEAL bar choice. I used to ride on the Profile Design T2+ s bends. The ITM Nivola bars that are on my bike now (a $700 value) were free, I won them in an auction. I've been trying to eBay them to get the HED bars but without much luck. Perhaps I can trade them out before the Spring.

If I were your friend - I'd kick your a*s in pure jealousy. Damn you! Haha. Wow. Definitely bike porn! I'd hire a security guard to watch my bike at transition. ;p Neeeed more pictures, could we see it in various settings? Maybe in a swimsuit, under covers....etc. Haha.

Didnt' I see your same pic on e-bay, perhaps selling the disc? It sure looked like your first picture. If so, why selling?

Yes, you did see my disc on eBay. I'm selling it because I can't financially justify having a HED3 rear and a Disc. My HED3 is about as fast as the disc so I'm keeping it and using the disc to offset the cost of my road bike.

HA! Yeah, for some reason BMC didnt offer them. The TT01 FRAME ALONE is $12,000, after spec'ing it out with Campy Record, a powermeter, a Z99 wheelset and Zipp Cranks and an ITM aerobar my shop puts the TT01 in the $25,000 range. And just because I know you're wondering...yes they have sold one spec'd out to that price. He paid for it with his AMEX Black card.

Vmarwin,

How do like riding the shallow seat tube angle? Just curious, I only had Cervelos and always ride forward (78 degrees). With the aero seat tube I would imagine that it is impossible to get it real steep.

The seat angle isnt too shallow. It has 2 settings, 76 and 78 degrees. I also offset the seat tube ange with my Fizik Arione Tri saddle which is pretty long, so I tend to sit on the nose a lot.

Fair enough, in the pic it looks like it's laid back.
