I recomend you make one of the 18 milers a 20 miler. 10 weeks is enough time to build up your weekly mileage in a safe way. Knowing that you have run 20 will give you confidence on race day. I would also recomend a midweek medium long run (10-13 miles) if your schedule and body allows. I usually have to break this run up into two runs (9 in the a.m. and the rest in the afternoon).
You won't hate it. If you are in shape enough to complete 3 OLY Tris a marathon is definitely something you can accomplish. Good luck.

I would ditto on the 20 miler comment, I gives you a little more distance bance, but also the confidence that you've made it through 20. I hope you don't hate it! Training for your first marathon can be a great personal experience, particularly when you out on mile 17 of a 20-miler. You have to just decide why you're doing this and then that you have to do the long runs and make sure you listen to your body, train smart, and figure out how you need to eat on the long runs and it will come together. Also remember long runs are long slow runs, especially for your first time ramping up that distance, they are done to get the milage in, not for a certain time. http://www.halhigdon.com/marathon/Mar00novice.htm
This is Hal Higdons novice marathon training plan, I think he has a lot of good information regarding the long distance training and has the right idea in plan structuring. Check around the website for some more helpful info and just remember to have fun out there!
Actually..I'd go past 20. Depending on the day,the temp and how you feel, if you can push past 20, it provides just that much more confidence...21,22, or more..

i just finished my first tri season -- 3 oly's (pacific crest, hagg lake & aluminum man) and am going to do a first ever marathon.
i've had a week off since my last tri, and now i'm starting to prep for the Seattle Marathon. I've got 10wks to ramp up plus taper (it's the sunday after thanksgiving). My longest run so far has been 10 miles which i most recently did four weeks ago...i'm going to start with 11 miles as my first long run. i'm guessing I'll get to do two 18milers before I need to back off in preparation of the actual race.
