Am doing my first tri- olympic distance- on sunday. Fighting a head cold and coming off two weeks of very light training due to a stomach bug. Just want to finish... Thanks in advance for any help!

Best thing is to do what you can to relax and just enjoy the day.
Cuz whenever you cross the finishline it will be a PR!:)
Especially coming off an illness, don't go too hard - especially on the swim. It is very easy to go out way too hard and get your HR way up there - because of all the excitement of the race start.
Good luck - pace yourself and let us know how it goes.

My last minute tip for you would be:

Don´t worry that much about anything and ENJOY your race!!!

yup. Triathlon isn't about last minute. It's about long term accumulation of small progressive improvements.

Spend a few minutes going over your equipment to make sure you have everything you need.
race jersey, shorts, socks
Swim: goggles, swim cap, ear plugs, wetsuit
Bike: bike with gear set on an easy gear for easy starts, tires inflated, seat in the right position, brakes functionning properly, spare tube and bike bottles. bike computer reset. number on the seatpost, helmet. sunglass check. shoe check. bib number, race belt.
Run: shoes, socks, hat/visor, sunglass.

Race day is when you just have fun and spend what you've been saving all this time.

i agree with Tikal Dog...if you forget anything, someone will have what you need at the race...so enjoy and good luck!

Stay away from the front of the swim. It can be a little rough up there especially for first timers! Otherwise just have fun! :)

go over your transitions so you're confident on those and won't add stress to the race.
