I don't think Florida fills up THAT fast, but fast non the less. You should be okay with going online the morning after. Good luck and welcome from your other post.

Online sign up opens at 9:00 am CST the morning after.
You Live in Florida...have you gone and watched yet? If you haven't I really recommend it ...it helps to get your head wrapped around your first IM. Besides, It's a blast.
Stay up till Midnight..sleep in the car (you won't be the only one doing this) and sign up next day..get in line early!

Florida does fill up fast. It sold out in something like 3hours this year. Go watch the race, get motivated and then sign up!

I am looking at doing Ironman Florida in 07 as my first ironman race. I know the entry opens the day after the event. My big question. Do I need to be there to do it or can I do it online? I've heard that it fills up pretty quick and I don't want to not get in. Thanks.
