My club is almost done adding a new salt water pool to the gym. They say it's better that the typical chlorine pool, but how? What are some of the advantages/disadvatages of this type of pool for training?

You will not see or feel any differences. The salt water is easier to maintain. It will be easier on your swim clothes than chlorine and that will be the only difference you will notice, other than the chlorine smell you usually have on your skin wont be there anymore!

Just the fact that you're not swimming in chemicals, I'd think would be the big difference. Also, salt water, you should be a little more bouyant. But don't get slack with your balance! TI said so! :)
