go for it. I've watched it a couple years ago and it's definitely on my list of races to do. Unfortunately it's the same weekend as a half here in town so I'm doing the half next year.
I think the course is good, the town is cool, it gets hot some years but I'd give it a go.

yes, it kicked my butt this year so i have to go back for revenge. tough course but nice race.
I'm gonna try and get into Wisconsin for next year I think.

If they would have had a half this year, I'd have registered. I'm not quite ready to take on a full next year, but I could be ready for a half. I'm hoping to race there in 2008. There are no long distance races in Utah that I know of, so thats disappointing. No matter what I decide to do, I'm afraid I'll have to travel out of state.

Hi, I have watched cd'a ironman the last five years and am doing it for the first time next year. If you still want some info on the race let me know. It has some of the best volunteer support of any IM and it is an unbelievably beautiful venue!
Well it appears I may not be able to make it to Penticton this weekend due to unforseen circs, I am considering buying a community fund slot for IM CDA. Anyone here done that race? Did you like it? Of course you liked it, but was it well organized, fun environment etc....
Any opinions on it would be helpful. Anyone doing it next year?
