Thank you Kevo, for posting this. I have this video and I have watched it over and over and over again for the past month. As my first Iron Man race gets nearer, ( acctually it is only 17 days and counting, away) I find some of the scenes in this video to be compelling and totally inspiring and this makes me believe more and more that I too, can do this.
