Advice needed on a QR purchase...
If it is in good shape, thats a great deal! I dont think you'll get much better than that. Make sure it fits right, though. The whole point of a tri bike is to get low and aero on the bars. If the bike is too big to let you go that, dont buy it.
If it doesnt fit, check out Felt's S32. Its a decent bike in your price range.
Life is short. Play hard and get dirty doing it.
Oh No! That's a terrible deal..no way...in fact give me the guys number so I can call him up and offer to get rid of it for him! ;)
I'm with Triguy...sounds like a great deal...check the fit.
Send us a pic if you get it!

Good price!
I got a 2005 QR Tequilo and I love it (for 900).
Jump on it!
Another thing is maybe check ebay that is where I got my Cannondale Ironman 800 and love it...
Thanks for the advice, guys. I ended up going with the Roo and LOVE IT!! Definitely some money well spent. I appreciate your help!
Peace

I'm looking to buy a new bike, but don't have too much money right now so I'm searching for a used tri bike/new road bike that won't run me much more than $1300 out the door. I found a few decent new road bikes that I like, but am considering buying a used 2004 QR Tequilo from a friend of a friend. He is asking for $900, and the bike is in nice condition (I have ridden it and it feels just as nice as the new road bikes...I wouldn't give an edge to either one). Does this seem like a good price for a used tri bike, or would I be getting hosed on this deal?
Thanks for your help.
