Can anyone recommend a good yoga DVD? I'd like to do yoga to supplement training, for stretching/flexibility, relaxation, and all the good stuff that comes with yoga. I have taken a basic hatha yoga class at a community college, however, my schedule now doesn't permit for me to sign up for a class or go to a studio. So, a good DVD would allow me to fit it in where possible. Any suggestions appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

I like Yoga for Athletes. They're one-hour routines, but sometimes I split it up. You can check it out at http://www.y4a.com/. I try to get in at least an hour a week, plus use the poses to stretch after a run or ride.
