Saddle position
I'd suggest talking to the fitters again. When I had mine done (FIST) the seat angle was definitely addressed. What angle and where you sit on the saddle is a matter of comfort/preference and is different from one rider to the next. Though typically keeping the saddle level is the starting point. I also have the fizik airone tri. I sit on the nose of the saddle as well, but that is where it is comfortable for me. If I sit on the wide part I get issues with my back. Took some tweaking to get it dialed in where I have both comfort and power.

Angle you saddle nose level or slightly up. It may sound contradictory but it forces you to sit back on your seat bones. I rind mine slightly up around 2 degrees and can ride for hours. I even scoot up with the nose square on the taint and the jewels hanging off the front when I hammer, no problems. Of course I have a tri saddle with the nose padded but my roadie has a carbon saddle with a similar setup.
I got mine and you can't have it back!

I ad my bike fit by two different fitters. The first guy was a former time trialist who now owns a shop and customarily doesnt do fittings, but hes an old friend and didnt charge me anything
He added some spacers to my bike and a 90 mm stem with a slight rise to open me up and make me more comfortable. He also set my seat height and position. We couldnt add any more spacers because the steerer tube was cut short by the guy who built the bike up (I bought it used)
The second guy is professional fitter and triathlete. He didnt change a thing from the first fitting. He agreed with everything the first guy did. He had explained to me that seat angle wasnt something that affected power - it was mainly a comfort issue. He didnt charge me either by the way because he dodnt do anything, except win some future business from me :)
When I ride now, I have the seat angled slightly down, and in the aero position, I can feel the nose of the saddle bothering me slightly, especially my scrotum/ taint. At one point today on my light ride, I had it angled down as far as it would go, but I felt like I was sliding off the front while in the aero position.
I have read that some people ride with the nose of the saddle between their taint and thigh. This seems a little odd to me. Currently, I try to keep the "fellas" in front of the nose (this requires me to reach down periodically and manouvre them around).
I did a race yesterday and in the portions of the race where I was in the aero positioning hammering, I could feel numbness starting slighty. Any tips would help. By the way, I am using a fizik arione tri saddle.
