Do it! It's one day and if you are feeling really guilty just eat very well a day or two leading up to your fantasy meal and maybe the following morning. I take my training and my diet seriously but like my mother tells me "you're not a professional- you are doing this for fun and out of passion, so why not live a little and enjoy life along the way..." Just think of it as carb-loading a month or two out.

1770 calories? You can burn that off in a single 17 mile run.

Well worth it to have a cheesesteak. Just make sure you wash it down with a Genny Cream Ale!

Don't stress about a cheat day in the diet. Train hard, eat right 95% of the time and splurge when you need to. Get the steak from Geno's or Tony Luke's, "wit" onions and Whiz. No Genny Cream Ale, only Yuengling.

If you wish to be out front, then act as if you were behind.

Yuengling is a Pennsylvanian beer made in Pottsville,PA.
Americas oldest and still family owned brewery. Ale,Lager,Porter you name it...they make it.
Think I'll go have one now....:)

Oh and if you pass up the Cheese steak...shame on you, shame!
Enjoy!
