I use an internet coach. CTS to be specific. I really love my coach and I have had a really good year with them. I have the Mid-level coaching so I get email and phone contact with my coach. She even gives me a call out of the blue sometimes to see how things are going. You post to your online schedule and there are forums that are monitored by the coaches. She can and does alter my schedule due to how things are going and my work and family schedule. I have some injury stuff and since working with CTS (been with them for a year this Aug.) I have not been re-injured and have been able to train much more consistantly. I know I sound like a infomercial but I really love them. I don't really have access to a personal coach with their experience locally. So look around and try to see what fits your needs and you might enjoy it. I do:D

Hi everyone,
Just wondering what you all think about internet coaches and if you could recomend the good ones. What are they like with ease to contact re changing/ altering programs if needed and also as someone to bounce ideas off????
