Vision Tech Aero Bars & Profile AeroDrink Bottle
i have the profile aero drink bottle.
Yes you need the bracket otherwise you will be holding the bottle all the way to T2! the bracket has two hinges that allow you to adjust the size, however be warned!
Your aerobars must be sufficiently far apart because the adjustment system is not that great. test it before you buy.
as for the aero advantage, you may save your self 10 sec over 40K, unless your a pro that wont make a difference to you!

I think the real difference comes in actually drinking on the bike..
if having it right in front of you with a straw in your face is what it takes for you to remember(or MAKE TIME) to hydrate.. it's worth it..

I have vision bars on my bike, I don't have the bracket and it's been fine. I do run a pretty aggressive position though.
I have the Vision bars but don't use the bracket. The aero bottle sits on the bars just fine and with good rubberbands it never moves. Works for me......may not for someone else.
thanks, i'll give the profile aerodrink a go without the bracket. i actually have the bracket, but Iron Man is right, the bars would be pretty far apart.
i'll also put on one profile stryker cage - i take it the best place would be on the seat tube?
NEVER MIND. there's only one mounting for a water bottle cage on the frame...

I just got a cervelo p2 sl with vision tech aero bars. will a profile aerodrink bottle fit on these bars? if so, do i need to the profile aerodrink bracket?
do you think this set up is more aero then regular cages and water bottles?
thanks for any advise!
