Hi everyone.
I'm not only brand new at this, but I've decieded to stop being a couch potatoe, saying I'm going to be a triathelet, but starting training for where. Which brings me to my initial question (which Im sure I'll have lots more of). Where do I begin. I've started riding a stationary bike (25 Miles a day), but it doesn't seem like that will transend into a "real" bike on the road etc. I'm so new I don't even know what I should be eatting, how much, how often or anything. So as you can tell I really really need your help

(and before you think I'm completely crazy, I used to (I hate I used to statements) but I did, I used to run 45 minutes a day, swim 50 and only occassionally bike. So, Im not completely a duck out of water, although its been 15 years since I've done any of it)
