Hey Guys- IM has finally released the course info on the 70.3 website. The bike course will be flat, with the exception of the Causeway Bridge at the beginning of the route. However, get your hillwork in for the run! They have us running over that same bridge 4 times total. Its a new bridge, just finished less than 2 years ago, I think. Its a pretty steep incline, so it'll be a challenge both ways for sure.
The nice thing about the course is that we will be surrounded by water for lots of the bike and portions of run...so at least it'll be a beautiful view as I'm walking up that bridge :p
Hopefully we can meet up once you all get in town and tour portions of the course.....
