Its the middle of summer. Get on your bike, and ride.
You need to build a good endurance base on the bike, and there's only one way to do that. In the words of Eddy Merkyx, "ride lots."
Good luck in your training.

Thats good advise: Ride Lots! However, a weekly spinning class ,especially one that works your high end endurance, will do wonders if you cant do a road session.

Hey guys, I started tri's last summer and kinda had a falling out during the school year but have been training at a pretty good rate since early June. I am getting fustrated b/c my bike pace isnt improving very well and one of my friends said to look into spinning and weight training. I am just wondering what your take is on this and if you have any other recomendations.
Also I have been getting really weird aching/cramps through my legs and ankles and especially my knees, never both legs its usually just one leg but alternates day to day. Anyone have any ideas on this?
