Tomorrow I am going to go do a swim-run brick at Ohio Street Beach in Chicago .. the problem is .. where can I store my stuff during the run? Are there any secure bags that can be locked to a bike rack? Nothing too exotic. I'd like to grab something in the morning. The only other option is lockers in Millineum park over a mile away. What do most people use?

I usually use my vehicle. I lock my belongings in the car or the bike to the rack (which is locked to the car).

That would be a great solution if I owned a vehicle. The car that I do own is locked up in a garage down near Dallas, TX and has been ever since I started commuting to Chicago from Philadelphia (long story). Anyhow .... I need a bag of some type that is secure enough to leave locked to a bike rack for an hour or so.

Youre not going to find a secure backpack type thing. There ARE wire mesh covers that can be locked over your bag to something, but if someone wants it, all they need is a pair of small bolt cutters.

Life is short. Play hard and get dirty doing it.
