Help choosing a triathlon frame size please!
On a personal note - I happen to have recently acquired a Leader 735TT frame and built it up into a tri bike.
I am 5'9 with a 32" inseam and chose a 54cm frame. The seatpost is up by about 5-6 inches. I have a 100mm stem and use 175mm crank arms. The ride and fit of the bike is good. It has been a great ride so far - I've had it for about 1 month and put on about a couple hundred miles on it and did one sprint tri.
I wish it had the capacity to receive a 2nd water bottle on the frame. Otherwise, it's a light and responsive frame.

Hey, I have a compact frame and a big water bottle wont fit on my bike -try one of those behind the seat cages that will allow for 2 full size bottles, plus one on your aero bars :)
I probably will opt for the seat cage option. For sprint tris, zero to one bottle is plenty but I'm doing an oly next month and I think I will need 2 bottles... (I haven't done an oly yet)

Use an aero drink (profile design) and that's all you need. 2 bottles is too much.
If you're horrified by how small the frame is, you probably have the right size for a tri bike. I went from a what I thought was comfortable 52 road bike to a 49 tri bike. It's the smallest frame they make and I'm 5'7". It looks ridiculous, but it fits GREAT!
Somehow I manage to squish two small bottles in the frame.

Alright so long story short the new bike I built up has been taken apart, so I can move everything over to a new frame. I am planning on getting the Leader 735TT. The only thing is sizing:
Currently on my road bike I ride comfortably with:
54.5 cm top tube center-center along with a 110mm stem
Seat tube is 54.5 cm center-top of seat tube
For the Leader 735TT sizing, top tube lengths I am deciding between is 54 cm and 52.5 cm.
I am assuming that I will need a size smaller frame than my road frame. When I slap on clipons to my road frame, the bars need to go down and in for ideal fitting. Since I'm already on a 110mm stem, I figure that "inward" movement should come from the frame size. And only 0.5 cm isn't enough since I already need a shorter reach, PLUS the bars need to go down a little more than an inch which means automatically another 1 cm or so.
So...I'm thinking I need the frame with a 52.5cm top tube center-center. The seat tube center-top of seat tube is 54 cm.
Do you think this frame will fit? I'm 5' 10 3/4" by the way.
Thanks...sorry if it's hard to follow my thinking pattern but I tried to explain it as best as I could.
