Fastest Way to Re-Stock Muscle Glycogen
Why do you say your legs aren't "topped off?"
Are you bonking? And if so; after how many hours and at what intensity? Unless you're training at or near your LT, a sizable (perhaps majority) of the calories you expend during training will come from burning fat.
Assuming that you eat a high carb diet (throughout the day; not just after training), I don't know why you'd have glycogen deficiencies. Rather, I'd guess that you might be overtraining.

That is my problem, precisely.
My legs are so tired, I feel I can't even gain the speed to work at my lactate threshold.
So I know I'm burning fat.
My Coach says I should watch my iron levels, as I have had iron problems in the past.

Key is if you train long hours day after day to train in the AeT. Only like once to possibley 2x/week should you train to the LT or above. So if you train long hours, stay in the sub LT zone, recover well and the legs will adapt.

I am very careful with hitting my recovery window after nearly every workout. Particularly the longer ones, or the more intense workouts.
However, lately my volume has been the highest its been in a while, and I'm finding it very difficult to keep my legs "topped off" with energy.
Is there anything I should be consuming to expedite this process?
Thanks!
