Anyone ever heard of Sampson Stratics S3's?

I was wondering if anyone has an opinion on this pedal.

The weight seems too good to be true! And the price isn't so bad either. So other than the clown colors, what's the catch?

I recently bought a pair of Forte pedals, and they are crap! Very bad adjustability - they were either too loose (popping out at any given moment) or way too tight (had to REALLY pull with my ankles to unclip). I'm going to return them ASAP.

I'm also looking at Keo Carbons.

thanks.

Just get one ebay and use the "buy it now option" on pair of Shimano RD-540 (105's) or Ultrega pedals. Bothe can be bought for under $100 and offer great performance.

Life is short. Play hard and get dirty doing it.

I had a friend break a pair of the SPD 105's at a 1/2 iron event last weekend..... with 30 miles to go till T-2

I ride the ultegra and really like them (but I've only put a couple hundred miles on them so far)

One year on mine and no problems whatsoever. Call it luck of the draw. Sounds like your buddy had the bad luck.
