I'm doing Eagleman, 2nd race of the season, 1st "A" race.

What's everybody else doing?

Is it your first race of the year? First "A" race?

If you wish to be out front, then act as if you were behind.

I am doing a gruling event this weekend.......... REST Aaaaaaaaaa  Damn achilles, is feeling better though. I can walk normal now but I can't, well I shouldn't bike. Likely just swim and aqua run this weekend (sigh). I miss my bike. It's coming to me in my dreams wanting me to take it on a 100mi ride.

First "A" race is next weekend. So I will be humping it out on my workouts this weekend. I wish I was racing Sunday, I am READY to GO!

Life is short. Play hard and get dirty doing it.

I ran 4 miles this morning.

Tomorrow getting up about 5:30 and driving to Ft. Worth for one of my cousin's weddings.

Sunday driving back from Ft. Worth and visiting the FIL for an early Father's day.

Monday, either running or biking and relaxing after that, I have the day off.

I'm riding the IMC bike course Sunday come rain or shine - just like last Sunday.

I'll probably jog a 10k on Sat.

Hang in there Libor, I'll check out the course for ya, see that it's "good to go."

I'm doing a tiny triathlon - the Toyotoa Redondo Beach tri.
It's the shortest I've done yet. 1/2 mile swim, 6 mile bike, 2 mile run. I figured it would be a good swim training race since I haven't been in the open water for a while.

Have a great ride and BE SAFE in the traffic. We'll be up over the long weekend (Canada Day) to ride it. Save your legs for that. We all gotta go to the scarf fest at the all ya can eat place after :D Btw, I am jealous. Remember, be safe!

Racing tomorrow morning at 7:30 AM :)

First race of the season. I don't really have A, B, and C races...just races for this season. More detailed training next season.

It's a really short sprint: 400 meter swim, 12.9 mi bike, 2.5 mi run. Woo woo!

Sat a.m.: 55-mile organized ride + 30 min transition run
Sun: sleep in then run 1:30-1:45 in the heat

Good luck to everyone racing!

P.S. I just got my trifuel visor in the mail this week. It's very cool...will see how cool it keeps me tomorrow. :D

We pigged out shamelessly.

I did the longest bike ride of the season so far today (sunday) most of the way around Oahu (98 miles worth). I was a little more tired afterward than I would prefer. But it was nice.
