Go to ebay and look for a mid-range Orca (e.g., Predator, Predator 2 or maybe the new Sonar) which should be available for around $200 (retail $300 or so). Make sure you know the year and corresponding size chart (their size charts have changed recently, so you may need to hunt for the old one), and you should always size up with Orca if in doubt.
kind of a generic question.
but what is a good wetsuit that is at the cheaper end of the money spectrum? any suggestions would be helpful.
