Shimano TR-01

Thinking of picking up a pair of these shoes tomorrow... pro deal, so $160 CAD. Is it worthwhile? Does anyone know pros, cons, etc. on them?
Carbon-soled triathlon shoe, 540g the pair.

i have the tr02...i dont know how similar they are, but i love mine...i find them to be pretty comfy, easy to get on, and good ventilation.
