Let me whine! Rotavirus Infection!
Dude!!!
You really need to buy yourself a lottery ticket tomorrow....:D
No seriously, Rotavirus is very difficult for an adult to get it...is more a disease that attacks children...
Now, I don´t think you are going to miss a whole month of trainning....make sure to hydrate yourself pretty well while sick...try to keep your diet perfect as your primary care recomends...particulary diary...the reason the inflamatory process makes you a trancient lactose intolerant...over the course of a few weeks you´ll recover your ability to digest lactose....
Some rest and taking things nice and easy for a few days would be good...particulary if the fever spikes often....
Don´t worry dude...Rotavirus infection could be potencially fatal for infants....for adults you are going to feel just crappy for a few days....liquids...pleeennntttyyy...and you´ll be back as good as new...
Best wishes
