What is your running pace when you do endurance workouts?

I almost always run on grass, about 9:00 on a hilly course, and about 8:30 on a flat course.

7:30 to 8:00 depends on how I feel.

this might be off topic a little but how much does ur pace vary by the time of day you run? when i run around 4 or 5 i feel severely out of shape but if i can run around 7-8 i feel amazing...how will this effect me on race day?

It varies but under ideal conditions I run a 7:30-8 minute pace. Add some of the florida heat (at 12-5 pm) or if its a LSD run its more of a 8:30-9 minute pace.

Most races start early and are done relatively early. Assuming you are not doing a Half IM or above, feeling amazing when you run at 7-8 am should be a plus lol.
