trade sick leave for zipps!
No, but that is genius. Good thinking!
What a great program - except now there will be all these triathletes going to work sick to save on sick days to fund a new tri-bike!

haha...im not sure how long it will take me to save up enough time...probably a year or two, but i think it would be worth the wait.
i wonder if they would cover the purchase of this...

I'd wear that to work...

It ain't much, if it ain't Dutch!!
im going to wear it to my dad's wedding.
At my company, we can "cash out" any combination of our sick pay and/or vacaton as long as we leave 40 hrs in sick pay. I get 3 weeks vacation a year and don't always use it. Last year, I cashed out some vacation pay to buy my new bike. :) I figured I would get more stress relief from years of riding than from a weeks vacation so I think it was a good trade.
This year, I'll probably use some of it for new camera equipment. Why, oh why, did I pick such expensive hobbies!

i bet the big wigs in the county accrue enough to buy sweet bikes...im going to get one of those jobs...then the Blade will be mine.
I've been ebaying everything under the sun to try to get cash together for a pair of zipps..... i hope to have them before NYC Tri, if not by them definately before Timberman.....
I swear... i see rabid animals on the street and the first thing i think is "how much is that worth on ebay?"
yea.... it's getting bad.

im thinking about getting a job with the county...if i do so, you can cash in all accrued sick leave for money to use for excercise equipment. though it will take a while, i have found a way to fund my zipps.
anyone else have a program like this?
