as long as you did sedentary life style on fitday.com then you can add in your training.
you also have to account for net calories burned. meaning if you rode for 1 hour and burned 700 calories minus what you would have burned just sitting on your couch (2335/24= around 100). so you really burned 600 in accordance with you fitday total.

iv'e been searching throughout the forum, but i'd like to make sure i have this right.
According to fitday.com. my basil +lifestyle calories burned is 2335. I want to lose 1.2 pounds per week. Am i right by saying i need to intake 1868 calories per day?(if i don't exercise) and more if i do exercise.
Currently I'm trying a 40/40/20 split diet.
