Aero Position
Did you have a professional bike fit done?
That can make a big difference. It is more than just adjusting the height of the seat etc.
Now, if the new position is fairly different from a previous position then it will take awhile for the body to adjust. To help you want to make sure that you have a strong core and some good flexibility.

I don't know of any Tri specific bike fitting person/company here in pr, so I did it using an online calculator after measuring all my particulars and the sales person was a certified FIST guy.
take a picture of you on the bike and i am sure you will get some comments on anything that looks wrong.

I'm confused. You say there are no Tri specific bike fitting person in your area, but then go onto say that the sales guy is FIST certified.
If he is FIST certified then he would be able to the fitting.

Ahhhh, okay. Now I understand...
The measurements and all are really benchmarks - great place to start. They will have to be tweaked to your personal fit. It takes a few long rides to check out the fit. And make any adjustments in small increments. Good idea to video yourself to be able to see your position from multiple angles.
The best fit is one that you can sustain and apply the most power. Also it depends on the distance you plan to race, the shorter the distance the more aggressive you can go.
Good luck.

even if you didnt buy it from them, a local fist certified salesman will "sell" you a fit for the bike.. (usually cost $50-$150)
The best way to get used to aero is never ride your bike out of it... (obviously if you're climbing or moving slowly that doesn't apply)
totally immerse yourself in it...

Took my Cervelo P2 SL out on saturday, did about 55k, tried to go in to the aero position, where it didnt feel too uncomfortable I wasnt able to stay in the position for very long.
I am just curious, is it a gradual process to get comfortable in the aero position ?
