My Blog

With only two weeks until by first Triathlon of the session (June 3rd is my first race)…I’ve been thinking back to all the things that I didn’t know this time last year:
1) That pam could be used for somthing other than cooking spray
2) The definition of a brick session
3) The feeling of being chaffed EVERYWHERE
4) What my resting/max heart rate was
5) What it felt like to fall on your side still clipped into your bike pedals
How about you?
