Saddle Adjustment
About the same question: I wish someone would answer this one.
bump..........
Im far from an expert but odds are (depending on how long you've been riding) that you will just get used to it. I had some neck problems so I moved my seat forward a tad and it didnt really put any more pressure on my hands that I could feel and it was a bit mor comfortable on the inbetween the legs region. But everyone's body is differnt and the only way to find out what works best is to just start movin stuff around a little bit at a time
Level the saddleand ride a lot. I've been riding 150 miles per week for about 7 months now and I still get pain downstairs, but it's not nearly as bad as it used to be (before the high volume consistency). Either get professionally fitted, or learn to ride through it.
Level the saddle
oh yea forgot to mention that. Ive heard its best to actually get a level and make sure it is perfectly straight
You might try pointing the nose of your saddle a couple degrees to the right or left. It really helped me out. You might also try getting up out of the saddle every 5-10 minutes.

huh, thats an interesting idea, let the tackle run to the side a bit easier! ill give it a go tonight.

ok so when level the heavy nose of the tri saddle, it puts a little more presure on my bits than i would like but when i dip the nose a bit i keep sliding forward (but no preasure) im thinking maybe i should lower the seat post, level the seat and move the seat more forward but i also dont want to be puting more presure on my hands (via moving the seat forward) any tips on dialing in a Tri Saddle?
