Which races to do?
It's a tough call, but I'm leaning towards the sprint on the June 17 as opposed to the oly on the 23rd of July. I think I'm torn actually. Both would be a great speedwork session for each of your respected A races. That's a really tough call. Okay, I'd go with the OLY in July. I think you could treat that race as a hard speedwork session and then recover and taper into the HIM. Although the sprint is also a good speedworkout, I don't like the placement of it. It would have been perfect if it were the weekend before. Just my opinions.
Im kinda leaning towards the sprint. Almost be like a ladder, sprint, oly, HIM. ;p

The sprint race on the 17th of June could also be a Olympic, albeit a longer Olympic, 1100 swim, 19.71 bike, and 7 miles run. So that would be an option also.

I have the option of doing 4 races this year, One for sure being my HIM on August 20th, one Sprint this weekend, and one Olympic on July 9th. I can choose one more to do. The available options are:
a Sprint on June 17th, an Olympic on July 23rd, and an Olympic on Sept 10th. What do you think would be the best race for me to do all things considered.
Obviously my A race is my HIM, and my other A race is the Oly on July 9th. Would another sprint before the Oly on July 9th do me better than another Oly on July 23rd before my HIM. All opinions appreciated. Thanks in advance.
