Man, what a good book so far. I had heard about it a couple of times here but I didn't think to grab it until I started reading some of the articles at Gordo's website. He has a very approachable way to describing training, and his own impressive results over the course of his career certainly lend weight to his training style.
I'm only about 70 pages in so far, but I feel like I have a lot more practical knowledge about training than I've ever had. My main source of info before this was Friel's Training Bible, but this takes all of that information and makes it more accessible to me.
In any case, if you don't have it yet, I recommend checking it out. :cool:
