just tried one of these and they are pretty freakin good. Just thought others might want try it.

Ingredients as follows:

They have some Kashi cereal and bars at the supermarket near me. I will have to look for those. :D

I am obsessed with the caramel rolls. They are chewy, so they take a long time to eat (I tend to wolf things down! so this slows me down :) They taste good, and keep you full.

I ate two of those before my race last Sunday - one at 4am, when I woke up, and one at 6am, right after leaving transition. My race started at 7:40. They made for a good pre-race breakfast.
