I just came from Tri geek heaven
Ya, there was a bike expo here recently - and the Trek Equinox TTX. certainly causes me to drool.
Good luck with the race tomorrow!

Good luck, hopefully it will be a nice day tomorrow. At least its been a little cooler in the mornings the last few days, hopefully the wind will calm down for you.
Thanks for the well wishes. Unfortunately, I am just doing the bike leg of a relay. Its my first 40k TT, so we'll see.
My first full race of the season is going to be Mad Beach in June.

So what turned you on more, the hot chicks or hot bikes???

Its a close call. Those were some hot bikes. I wish that TTX had been in a color besides red. I'm not a red guy. Hot chicks on hot bikes...the ultimate combination.

Good luck Triguy!

St. Anthony's expo. Holy crap. Every brand bike: Guru, Cervelo, Trek, Oreba, EVERYTHING. I've never done an IM, so this is by far the largest race I've done (4k+ athletes) which is almsot double the total at Disney Oly.
Hot chicks and SMOKIN hot bikes everywhere. Including the new Trek Equinox TTX. HOT. And pricey. $5.5k for frame and fork. $9k+ with durace drivetrain. Makes my lusting after the Scott Plasma seem tame. The race will be fun tomorrow. Windy as heck today, supposed to die down tomorrow.
Hunter Kemper was signing autogrpahs at the Oreba tent, but the line was LONG and I was hungry. Cool, nonetheless.
