A decent article for the newbie, but this line jumped out at me:

Yes...it was good..but I'm a skeptic...not about the info...about Fox News... This close to "The Beltway" we get a little wary of anything coming from Murdock! ;)

hahah, I from DC so that explains it all!! :P Their site health site is done with WebMD, and I really like that site, I'm in their forums sometimes too.



This is pretty straight forward stuff, but even just reading it reminds me to focus on certain things - very noob article! :D
